Ling Cen(岑玲)

Ling Cen received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2006. She is a Senior Researcher with the Etisalat British Telecom Innovation Centre. From 2005 to 2008, she was with Nanyang Technological University as a Research Fellow. After that, she joined the Institute for Infocomm Research in Singapore as a Scientist. She has over 70 peer reviewed publications and filed three international patent applications. Her research interests include the areas of machine learning, data analytics, optimization, and signal processing. She has achieved 10 international awards including scoring top 3 places in several international challenges. She has been a Guest Editor, committee member, and reviewer to several international journals and conferences.
