Hongcheng Liu received the B.Eng. degree in industrial engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering in the Harold and Inge Marcus Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Pennsylvania State University, University Park. He is also a Research Assistant at Harold and Inge Marcus Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Pennsylvania State University. His current research interests include operations research, optimization under uncertainty, dynamic optimization and differential games, mathematical programming, and numerical optimization techniques. In particular, he is interested in models and algorithms for transportation network design problems with uncertainty. Mr. Liu is a Student Member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences.
