My primary field of interests is radiation physics and radiation-detection physics. My main research activities are focused towards the development of advanced detection concepts, innovative instrumentation techniques and data processing, for applications in medical physics, biology, material science, nuclear physics, particle and astroparticle physics, astronomy, homeland security, nuclear power industry, defense and counter-terrorism activities.
