Manuel, a native of Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela, received an Eng. D. degree from Nagaoka University of Technology in 1989. He joined College of Nano Science & Technology, Soochow University in May 2019 as a professor. Previously, he was professor at Clean Energy Research Center of University of Yamanashi from April 2013, after serving during 21 years as a Senior Research/Chief Research Scientist at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST). Currently, his interest focuses on Materials Science education.
