M. A. Osman

M. A. Osman currently works at the Department of Physics, Assiut University. M.A.Osman does research in Condensed Matter Physics, Solid State Physics, Materials Science and nanotechnology. Preparation binary and ternary nano- emiconductor compounds and composites using Chemical precipitation, Sonichemical, Microwave and Sol-gel methods for sensing and optoelectronic and biomedical applications. Characterization of structure, morphology, optical, electronic and photo electric properties using TEM, SEM, Uv-Vis absorption, Potoluminescence, FTIR and Raman Spectroscopy. Investigation of heat treatment, irradiation and the preparation condition effects on tuning these properties.
