Marco Ravaro

Marco Ravaro was born in Rome, Italy, in 1978. He received the Ph.D. degree in physics from the University Paris Diderot, Paris, France, in 2008, working on frequency conversion in semiconductor waveguides. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institut des NanoSciences de Paris, Paris. He is currently with the University Paris Diderot, Paris. His current research interests include quantum cascade lasers and heterodyne detection of the terahertz radiation.
