I am a consultant ENT surgeon-scientist in Cambridge UK, with an interest in clinical research, in particular in the field of otology and implants. My training was completed in the East of England, followed by a year as skull base, otology and implant Fellow in Manchester. My PhD focussed on the diagnosis and outcome measures for Eustachian tube dysfunction, and the mechanism of balloon Eustachian tuboplasty. I co-founded and later Chaired INTEGRATE, the National ENT Trainee Research Network.
