Prof Chris Maher AM, BAppSc (Phty), PhD, DMedSc, FACP, FAAHMS is a physiotherapist, recognised internationally for his clinical research in the low back pain field.

My research interests focus on improving healthcare and health outcomes for people with low back pain. I have over 900 publications including in leading journals such as NEJM, Lancet, BMJ, Ann Intern Med. I have ~$89M in career research funding.
