Mainul Hossain (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in applied physics, electronics and communication engineering from the University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2009, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL, USA, in 2012. He worked as a Principal Engineer at the Advanced Module Engineering (AME) Group, GlobalFoundries U.S. Inc., Malta, NY, USA. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Dhaka. His research interests include the simulation and modeling of emerging nanoelectronic and nanophotonic devices for low-power computing, biosensing, and energy-harvesting applications.
