Marion Delphin

I am currently working on the interplay existing between liver macrophages and the Hepatitis B Virus. We already observed phenotype modulations towards a more tolerogenic state (Faure-Dupuy and Delphin, 2019), which could correlates with the immune inactive phases and/or the establishment of immune exhaustion within the infected liver. While working on the mechanistical insights behind this phenotype, I am also interested in immunomodulators as HBV antiviral drugs, and their mechanism of action
