We are interested in the molecular signaling that regulates the decision between life and death at the cellular level, as well as how its deregulation is involved in various disease processes in humans. Examinations are performed in various disease models, ranging from cancer to neurodegenerative diseases. The group has a well-established national and international network of colleagues and employees, which provides access to additional expertise and scientific expertise.
