Bio

Combining experience in basic neuroscience research with clinical practise and research problems is a challenge on the one hand, but an opportunity on the other. Neuromodulation is key in neuronal network plasticity and probably a major problem in the development of dementia and other neuropsychiatric conditions with cognitive/emotional dysfunction. Mulitmodal and multilevel methods for neural dynamics are needed to unravel basic mechanisms and pathophysiology of brain function.
