Bio
林妙玲,女,入选中科院特聘骨干岗位、中科院青促会会员、半导体所青年研究员,2023年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金资助。担任Journal of Raman spectroscopy和《光散射学报》编委,中国物理学会光散射专业委员会委员。目前从事半导体及其异质结的声子物理和光学性质研究,研究对象囊括半导体异质结纳米晶、二维层状材料及其范德华异质结等,在低维半导体量子结构的声子行为、电声耦合机制、自旋声子耦合机制等方面取得了系列创新性成果:基于界面调控,提出了莫尔声子的概念,并由此发展了鉴定CVD生长多层石墨烯堆垛方式的方法;观察到半导体异质结中的跨维度/跨材料电声耦合现象,并建立模型阐明了其机制,在此基础上实现了层间声子的选择性激发;建立了双折射-线性二向色性模型定量预测了各向异性层状材料的角分辨偏振拉曼光谱;发现了低维磁性材料自旋子对激发和自旋-声子耦合的光谱学证据;为低维半导体量子结构声子相关物性研究和器件性能提升提供了物理基础。在Nature, Nature Materials,Nature Communications等期刊发表论文50余篇,以第一/共同第一作者在Nature Communications, Science Bulletin, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano和Nano Letters等期刊发表学术论文16篇。
