Bio
I followed a career path through signal transduction and gene regulation during my PhD and Postdoctoral time, into developing proteomics technologies, and applying those new technologies to biological conditions - especially cancer - at ProteoSys, a Biotechnology company that I co-founded. My recent research features a key protein that we discovered to be involved with cancer, called Progesterone Receptor Membrane Component 1 (PGRMC1). I left my full time university position in early 2021.
