Dr. Michael Haslinger is a scientist at PROFACTOR GmbH in the group of Functional Surfaces and Nanostructures and holds a PhD in physics from Johannes Kepler Universität of Linz. He is responsible for project management, project acquisition and technical-scientific development. His current research is focused on Nanoimprint Lithography and the fabrication of optical waveguides for a LIDAR application, monodisperse nanoparticles, high aspect ratio features, and Step&Repeat nanoimprint lithography.
