Bio

My academic focus is on new and alternative stategies in pest control and the epidemiology of diseases in various crops. Projects are estimating the impact of digitalisation and alternative control on the regulation of plant ptotection products and the relation of climate change on new challenges in pest control like Ramularia collo-cygni, Microdochium and Fusarium species in barley, biotic and abiotic stresses in maize and Didymella bryoniae in cucumber.
