Michael Wiederoder

Michael S. Wiederoder received the master’s degree in food science and the Ph.D. degree in bioengineering from the University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP), in 2011 and 2016, respectively, with a focus on microfluidic biosensors. He is currently a National Research Council Post-Doctoral Scholar with the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center. His research interests include sensing technologies for medical diagnostics, environmental monitoring, food safety, and chemical/biological warfare agent detection.
