Michael D. Sohn

Michael D. Sohn received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, CA, USA, and also the M.S. degree in engineering and public policy and the Ph.D. degree in civil and environmental engineering from the Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA. He is the Deputy Leader of the Sustainable Energy Systems Group and the former Leader of the Airflow and Pollutant Transport Group (Indoor Environment Department). Since 1998, he has been with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. He is a California-licensed Professional Engineer (Civil), and has worked at an environmental engineering firm where he conducted environmental health risk assessments.
