Milos Petrovic was born in Belgrade, Serbia, in 1980. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Belgrade, Serbia, in 2003 and 2006, respectively, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering. He was a Development Engineer with Pupin Telecom DKTS in 2004. From 2005 to 2007, he was a Research Assistant with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade. Since 2008, he has been a Teaching and Research Assistant with the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade. His previous research interests were in the area of high-performance switching and routing. He has authored two books and 18 articles. His research interests include fiber optic sensors, composite materials, and impact testing. Mr. Petrovic received the Best Master Thesis Award by the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce in 2006.
