David Mimoun was a Guest Researcher with the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA, from 2013 to 2014. He is currently an Associate Professor of space systems and planetary science with the Institut Supérieur de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace (ISAE)-SUPAERO, Toulouse, France. He is also the PI of the first CubeSat of the ISAE-SUPAERO, EntrySat. He is also the Co-Investigator of the InSight mission, focusing on overall mission performance. He is also a Collaborator of NASA’s upcoming Martian Rover (Mars 2020), with the supply of the very first Martian microphone on board SuperCam. His research interests include the design of space mission and space instruments for the geophysical exploration of the solar system.
