I am a bilingual (Arabic/English) PhD candidate at King Abdullah University for Science and Technology, KSA with the Integrated Nanotechnology Group led by Prof. Muhammad Hussain with over 5 years of multidisciplinary international research experience in VLSI and solid state electronics, in which I have developed proficiency in nano/microfabrication technologies, and electrical and material characterization techniques. My research experience includes (a) emerging non-volatile memory technologies, spanning single cell design, fabrication and analysis to array design for ferroelectric and resistive memories, (b) electronics reliability assessing memory storage devices, transistors, and capacitors' reliability aspects for flexible electronics, (c) graphene synthesis, transfer, and electrical/physical characterization, and (d) power gating of VLSI circuits. All research work has been documented in multiple international academic journals and conferences.
