Dr Mojtaba Mirzaeian is currently an Associate Professor in Chemical Engineering at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) with expertise in the development of nanoporous polymeric gels, nanoporous carbons and materials for energy storage; materials for hydrogen storage; development of electrochemical energy storage technologies (particularly supercapacitor and Li/O2 battery); industrial energy management; and CO2 sequestration/shale gas fracking.
