Mokhtar Dabbour

Mokhtar Dabbour is an academic advisor, researcher and lecturer with the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Benha University, Egypt. Dabbour does research in Food Processing and Engineering using a novel and emerging processing technologies (e.g. Ultrasound technology). His research focus is also on shelf life extension and reduction of postharvest losses in vegetables and fruits. Dabbour is ready to collaborations and new ideas.
