个人简介
We are working on nitric oxide (NO) signaling in plants under various stresses, using functional genomics. Using RNA-seq mediated transcriptomic analyses we identified global changes in gene expression in response to NO. Now I want to see how NO regulates transcription factors (TFs) and its recruitment under stresses. Furthermore, we sought to understand, how TFs and receptor-like kinases (RLKs) respond to possible changes through NO-mediated post-translational modifications like S-nitrosylation
