个人简介
The ultimate goal of a materials scientist is to produce materials with desirable physical, chemical and mechanical properties for practical applications. I enjoy exploring the unknown world, especially how atomic interactions affect the properties of materials such as band gap modifications and to reveal the charge transfer mechanism among heterojunction. Although I don't work directly on the real-world applications of my research, my work provides guidance for the structural design of materials with superior properties, such as very strong and lightweight materials for use in the automobile and aviation industries as sensors. My goal is to determine the structures that provide the best Chemical and physical properties, and to understand the atomic mechanisms responsible for those properties. I've been working in this field since 2013. I won scholarship from CSC China for PhD at the University of Electronics Science and Technology of China, after completion of PhD I won Postdoc fellowship at United Arab Emirates University where the state-of-the-art research facilities for Microscopy and Microanalysis as well as sensor device fabrication enable me to keep my research at the forefront of my field. Here at Xian Jiaotong University (SME), I am working on thin film growth through Physical/chemical Vapor deposition System, as well Hydrothermal, electrochemical etching, and characterization through Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy EIS, TGA/DSC, AFM and STM, HR-XRD, FE-SEM, EDS, HR-TEM & SAED, AFM, Raman Spectroscopy, FTIR, Hall Measurement, J-V measurements–Cryogenic System. The ultimate goal of my research is to fabricate novel 2D and 0D materials based devices for the fabrication of Gas and biological Sensor.
