I work in the cytogenetics team where we study the impact of structural variants on the functional organization of the genome (mainly pig and bovine). My research work aims at analyzing the early phase of meiosis where I am particularly interested in the analysis of meiotic recombination using immunocytology, fluorescence in situ hybridization and molecular biology techniques. More recently, I am involved in the analysis of the impact of genome structural variants on its 3D organization.
