Bio

Nicolas Pauc received the Engineer's degree in 2001 from the Grenoble School of Physics and Engineering (ENSPG), France, and the Ph.D. degree in 2004 from University Grenoble-Alpes, France. After two years as a Postdoc with the University of Sherbrooke (Québec, Canada), he joined CEA-IRIG in 2006 as a Researcher. He is currently working in the field of Ge and GeSn photonics.
