Nevine Rochat

Névine Rochat received the Engineer degree in material science from the Institut des Sciences et Technique de Grenoble, Grenoble, France, in 1999, the degree of Technological Research from the Université Joseph Fourier of Grenoble, Grenoble, France, realize jointly with CEA-LETI, in 2000. The topic of this degree was the development of IR spectroscopy for surface and thin layers analysis. She is currently with CEA-LETI, Grenoble, France, where she is a Research Scientist involved in the field of characterization by infrared spectroscopy. Her current research interest includes the optical characterization of thin layers and surfaces developed for micro and nanoelectronic and the development of innovative optical setup for advanced IR spectroscopy.
