Neil Sinclair

Neil Sinclair received the B.Sc. degree in quantum entanglement with S. Ghose from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada. He is currently a Research Scientist with Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA, and the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA. He joined Wolfgang Tittel's Group with the University of Calgary for his graduate work on rare-earth-ion-doped crystals for quantum communication and signal processing applications. As a Postdoctoral Scholar, he worked on projects in quantum optics and networking with M. Spiropulu at Caltech and nanophotonics with M. Loncar at Harvard. His current research focus is on quantum information technology, with emphasis on quantum networking and the development of novel nanophotonic devices for use in classical and quantum information processing.
