I am an Analytical Chemist with a Masters in Environmental and Biological Mass Spectrometry and a PhD in Biological Chemistry. My expertise is in the area of Biological Mass Spectrometry. In this field, I have extensive experience in mass spectrometry-based targeted (eg. QConCAT) and global (eg. iTRAQ, label free, SILAC) quantitative proteomics and post translational modification analysis (eg. phosphorylation, glycosylation, acetylation).
