Nicolas Severe

I obtained my PhD degree in Paris in November 2011, I was studying the role of the ubiquitin ligase c-Cbl in osteoblast differentiation and in osteosarcoma. Since September 2012, I am a postdoctoral research fellow at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University in Dr. Scadden laboratory. I joined this lab to implement my knowledge in the bone marrow niche. I am currently working on the bone metastatic niche using innovative tools and transgenic reporter mice. My career goal is to become an expert in the normal and pathological bone marrow niche in order to define the mechanisms of bone metastases development in advanced breast or prostate cancer.
