O. Gauthier-Lafaye

Olivier Gauthier-Lafaye received the Ph.D. degree in optoelectronics from the Université de Paris 11, France, in 2000, focusing on optically pumped cascade lasers, and the Habilitation (HDR) degree from Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France, in 2010, for his work on semiconductor laser diodes with engineered gain structures and/or cavities. Since 2011, he has been working in the optoelectronics field, first with Alcatel and then with the LAAS-CNRS, Toulouse, since 2003. His current research interests include the study of periodic nanostructures and their use as free-space optics elements.
