Omar El-Charif

A bioinformatics analyst turned medical student, I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Chicago. Currently, I am completing my M.D. at the University of Rochester. My passion lies in discovering ways to integrate -omics into patient care with algorithms predictive for susceptibility, prognosis, and treatment response, although understanding biological mechanisms will always have a special place in my heart.
