Joshi Pooran C

P. C. Joshi received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics and microelectronics from the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 1988 and 1995, respectively. He did Postdoctoral Research with Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, USA, on ferroelectric films for memory. He was a Principal Engineer with SHARP Laboratories of America, from 2001 to 2011, and a Senior Scientist with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, from 2011 to 2022. He has published five book chapters, over 130 journals and conference articles, and holds 41 U.S. patents. He received the ARL-ASEE Fellowship Award for work at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Adelphi, MD, USA, from 1998 to 2001.
