Pierre Chainais

Pierre Chainais (pierre.chainais@centralelille.fr) received his Ph.D. degree in physics from the Ecole Normale Superieure de Lyon, France, in 2001. He joined the University Blaise Pascal at Clermont-Ferrand as an associate professor in signal processing in 2002. He moved to Centrale Lille Institute, F-59000 Lille, France in 2011, where he currently is a full professor in signal processing at CRIStAL Laboratory. His research interests include statistical signal processing and machine learning, with applications to physical systems.
