P. Chowdhury received the bachelor’s degree in physics and the master’s degree from the University of Burdwan, Bardhaman, India, in 1992 and 1995, respectively, and the doctorate degree in physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai, India, in 2000. He worked in South Korea as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Presently, he is working as a Scientist at National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore, India. He is an author of over 55 international journal publications. His current activities include the development of magnetic sensors for automotive applications and polymer-based actuators for applications in the aerospace and biomedical industries.
