Pierrick Haffray

I'm managing a team of 10 geneticists and biologists to design and implement selective breeding programs of 17 aquaculture species (fish, shellfish and shrimp) in France, Thailand, Indonesia, Madagascar, Mozambique, Mexico, New Caledonia and French Polynesia. I promote the use of genomic tools, reproductive technologies, high throughput technologies and disease challenge test to improve practices. My new interest is in the development of pearl oyster and honey bee breeding programs.
