My research focus on flood modelling for real time warning systems. I'm trying to answer to the following questions. What are the main processes involved? How to characterise them? How to set up a flood warning system, especially when no ground observation data is available? Previously, I've been working in an operational flood forecasting center, for 7 years (Seine basin at Paris).
