Pavlo Sai currently works at Center for Terahertz Research and Applications (CENTERA) located at Institute of High Pressure Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. Pavlo does research in Solid State Physics. His main scientific interests are: i) GaN based devices for THz spectral range, ii) high electron mobility transistors, iii) plasmonic THz emitters and detectors.
