Paul J. Simmonds

I work at the convergence between condensed matter physics, materials science and electrical engineering. I am a firm believer in the power of interdisciplinary collaboration for solving the biggest, most important problems, and this is the spirit in which my team pursues research. Our research focuses on the synthesis of novel semiconductor nanomaterials by MBE, enabling us to tackle a range of interesting challenges, from quantum information science to dissimilar materials integration.
