Penglei Zhang

Penglei Zhang received the B.Sc. degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2019. He is currently pursuing the M.Sc. degree with the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Micro/Nano Fabrication, School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. His main research interests include the design, simulation, and fabrications of the MEMS/NEMS devices.
