Bio

Currently managing core high end microscope infrastructure and building up of a centre of excellence for microscopy (CMI ) at NUIG. Training users on centre equipment and project development for various groups, primarily biosciences. Current research project is the development of biological assays using Surface Enhanced Raman Substrates. Design, build and maintenance of the centre website and online booking system http://imaging.nuigalway.ie/.
