Philip Twu

Philip Twu is the Psyche GNC V&V Lead, Psyche L3 GNC Deputy Lead, and supervisor of the Robot Operations and V&V Group at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Prior to joining the Psyche mission, he was the Autonomy Architect for the Europa Lander pre-project and Systems Engineer for the Mars 2020 Perseverance rover’s autonomous navigation system. Dr. Twu received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, M.S. in Space Systems Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, and B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
