Praveen Kumar Raj Kumar

I am experienced in the field of transcriptomics and genomics including analysis of high throughput sequencing, alternative splicing & polyadenylation analysis, gene annotation and the use of applied machine learning to predict cis-regulatory sequences. I am also interested in the analyses of proteomics data derived from mass spectrometry. My current research focus is to understand the underlying reason for molecular heterogeneity within breast cancer subtypes leveraging proteogenomics data.
