Qiang Wang

Qiang Wang received the B.Eng. degree in applied chemistry from the Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2002, and the M.Sc. degree in applied computing from South-Central University for Nationalities, Hubei, China, in 2006. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the University of Leeds, Leeds, U.K. From 2006 to 2010, he was a Software Engineer at IBM China, Dalian, working on data mining and business intelligence. From 2014 to 2015, he was a Research Assistant at the Online Instrumentation Laboratory, School of Chemical and Process Engineering, University of Leeds. His current research interests include the data fusion of multiple sensors and electrical tomography, visualization of multiphase flow, online multiphase flow measurement, image processing, and parallel and GPU computing.
