科研方向:
主要从事低维半导体材料、光谱物理与激光器件的研究工作,近期关注的材料体系包括:1)新型金属卤化物钙钛矿半导体材料;2)二维半导体材料。
科研成果:
围绕低阈值微纳激光源,申请人近五年聚焦在具有高光学增益的半导体材料及物性研究,探索它们在光学微腔中的光与物质相互作用规律和调控机理。成果包括:1)实现钙钛矿半导体室温光子-激子强耦合,揭示强耦合辅助低阈值激射新机制,获得液氮温度以上连续光泵浦微纳绿色激光源;2)阐明准二维钙钛矿激光损耗和增益动力学机制及构效关系,提出二维为壳、三维为核的材料设计路径,实现超高光学增益自发放大辐射;3)发展低阈值和多波长微纳激光界面调控新机制,实现全彩色超强非线性光学信号输出,获得工作温度达400 K的连续光泵浦红色激光源。迄今在Nat. Mater.、Nat. Photon.、Adv. Mater.、NanoLett.等发表论文110余篇,并以通讯作者在Adv. Mater.、Nano Lett.、ACS Nano等撰写综述论文。
