Rebecca L. Collins

Rebecca L. Collins received the B.S. (summa cum laude) and M.S. degrees in computer science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2003 and 2004, respectively. She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in computer science at the Columbia University, New York, NY. Her research interests include performance optimization and load balancing in multicore systems, queue sizing, and other performance enhancements of latency-insensitive systems. Ms. Collins was a recipient of the National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate fellowship.
