Rasool Kazemzadeh

Jean Marie Kanffmann was born in Bergholtz (France) in 1940. He received in 1963 the electrical engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs d'Electricité et de Mécanique in Nancy. He obtained in 1968 the Doctor Engineer degree and in 1974 the Doctoral ès Sciences from the University of Nancy. He is full professor since 1974 at the University of Franche-Comtè. He was Director of the Institut Universitaire de Technologie in Belfort during 13 years and Vice-president of the University of Franche-Comtè for 6 years. He managed the Energy Engineering Institute and is presently Head of the Laboratory of Electrical Engineering and Systems. His main research activities concern permanent magnet actuators optimisation, field calculation, power generation and fuel cell systems for transportation. He is member of IEEE and SEE emeritus member.
