R. Kumar

R. Kumar received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Madras University, Chennai, India, in 1991, the M.Tech. degree in instrumentation engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree in embedded systems and control engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy, Tiruchirappalli, India, 2007. He is currently a Professor in electronics and instrumentation engineering and the Dean Academic of NIT Nagaland, Dimapur, India. He has authored or coauthored 54 publications in international journals and conferences. His research interests include microelectromechanical systems, sensors and actuators, wireless sensor networks, Internet of Things, and embedded systems design.
