Lowe-Webb R

Roger Lowe-Webb received the B.S. degree from the University of California, San Diego, and the M.S. degree from the University of Oregon, Portland, in 1993, both in physics. He continued studying the optical properties of semiconductor quantum dots as a Research Assistant until 1998 when he joined the Raman and Thin Film group of Jobin-Yvon. He joined Nanometrics, Inc., Milpitas, CA, in February of 2000 and is the Technical Product Manager for the Overlay Division.
